These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of unityacademy.com (the "Site"), an independent review and resource site published by Software Automated LTD ("we," "us"). By accessing the Site you accept these Terms in full. If you do not accept them, do not use the Site.

1. Nature of the Site

The Site is an independent affiliate review of Unity Academy, a third-party crypto trading community sold on Whop.com. We are not Unity Academy. We are not Whop, Inc. We do not sell or operate the underlying community, signals, or indicator. All trademarks and product names are the property of their respective owners and are used here for descriptive purposes only.

2. No financial advice

Content on the Site is for informational and educational purposes only. Nothing on this Site is investment, financial, legal, or tax advice or a recommendation to buy, sell, or hold any digital asset. Cryptocurrency trading is volatile and carries substantial risk including total loss of capital. Past performance is not indicative of future results. You are solely responsible for your decisions and should consult a qualified professional before acting.

3. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

  • Scrape, mirror, or republish substantial portions of the Site without written permission.
  • Use the Site to harass, defame, or harm others.
  • Attempt to disrupt or compromise the Site's security or availability.
  • Use automated systems that exceed reasonable rate limits.

4. Intellectual property

Original written reviews, comparisons, glossary entries, and design elements are © 2026 Software Automated LTD. You may quote short excerpts (under 100 words) with a visible link back to the source page. All other reproduction requires written permission.

5. Affiliate relationship

Outbound links to Unity Academy on Whop include the affiliate identifier ?a=digitalartlab. We receive a commission for new memberships referred via these links. This commission is paid by Whop, not by you, and does not change the price of the membership. The relationship is disclosed on every page in the footer and on the About page.

6. Third-party content and links

The Site contains links to and excerpts of content from third parties (e.g., Whop, Unity Academy, social media). We do not endorse and are not responsible for third-party content, products, or practices. Visit those sites' own terms before transacting with them.

7. Disclaimer of warranties

The Site is provided "as is" and "as available." We disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. The courts of England and Wales shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising under these Terms.
